The Amazing Bozo is a country singer born and raised in Houston,Texas. Bozo’s music seeks to blend the musical stylings of 60’s and 70’s Country Music with the emotional lyrical content of bands like Modern Baseball and The Story So Far into what he calls “Emo Country”. More often than not you can find him crooning his country originals in places that Country Artists don’t normally perform, like DIY Punk Venues and House Shows.

Presented at first as a “Dadaist deconstruction of the Midwest Emo Genre,” Bozo initially performed in a Jester’s Costume. The theatrical costume and bright colors contrasted with the stark, lonely lofi nature of his music to take listeners to a place of deep emotional vulnerability. Bozo has since shifted his look to fit his growing “Urban Cowboy” reputation.

In June of 2023 he released his debut album “The Ballad of The Urban Cowboy”, which he recorded at Joe’s Deli on vintage 8 track tapes with the help of local producer HTownSwanga. Bozo now plays with a 4 piece Honky Tonk Country Band named Bozo and The Boys.
